Reel Black Film Festival
OTO’s annual Reel Black Film Festival creates space for Black filmmakers and offers opportunities to showcase their work through screenings and to network with filmmakers and fellow creatives in the community. Industry professionals are also invited to sit on panels, providing insight, conversation, and meaningful engagement with attending artists.

OTO’s Filmmaker Mixers are a networking space open for all ages curated for Black filmmakers and artists in the Chicago area to network, connect, share projects, find collaborators, and enjoy good company.
